Harveys becomes a member of The Furniture Ombudsman

One of the largest furniture specialists in the UK has shown its commitment to its customers by joining the industry’s ombudsman. Harveys, which has over 150 furniture stores nationwide, is now a full member of The Furniture Ombudsman (TFO). ekonglong meeting chair

TFO specialises in providing Alternative Dispute Resolution solutions for consumers and retailers in the furniture and home improvement industries. It also aims to raise standards, improve service and inspire consumer confidence.
